As part of our marketing and communications activity, LMC Students' Union uses photography for publicity purposes. Photos in this gallery have been taken by the Students' Union and college staff and may be included in LMC publications, websites, advertisements and other publicity material. The images will remain the property of Lancaster and Morecambe College and will be used only for the designated purposes of promoting Lancaster and Morecambe College.

$Student Conference took place on Thursday 24th November 2011. It\'s an annual event for class reps, student officers and student governors to come together and give feedback to college managers. $The fourth Students\' Union (SU) Festival took place on Wednesday 28th September. In the autumn sunshine, students enjoyed three music stages and a host of entertainment. The event was planned by students and funded through the Students\' Union.$

$LMC and the Students\' Union ran a stall at the \'Lark in the Park\' Festival at Williamson\'s Park on Sunday 5th June 2011. The new edition of the REPort was distributed to the crowds. It was a fantastic day!$

Album: V Volunteer Celebration Event

$Six students attended the V Volunteering Celebration Event on 24th March at the Park Hall Hotel near Chorley. It was a fantastic night, with awards, a buffet, celebrity apprearances (Max & OB from Hollyoaks), a dance act - Peridot from Britain\'s Got Talent, a local circus from Blackpool and a massive free pick and mix stall! It gave the SU lots of ideas for the LMC Volunteer Awards in May.$

Album: Protest Party - Wednesday 16th March 2011

$The Students\' Union and Univesity and College Union (UCU) joined together to protest against the government cuts to education on Wednesday 16th March. Talented music students performed, arts students created some fantastic banners and the student governors gave a speech to the crowds. Many thanks to all students and staff who supported this event. The Students\' Union is meeting with local MPs on 1st and 8th April.$
