with loads of benefits.

OTHER OPPORTUNITIES
All students (full-time and part-time) are members of the Students' Union. That means you can be involved in the Students' Union in whatever way works best for you. There are loads of opportunities - if you have an idea that could benefit other students at LMC, pop into the Goldfish Bowl (entrance to block D) or send us an email below.
Just some of the things past students have done:

Set up their own clubs e.g Paintballing, LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans) etc
Ran student events e.g. LMC Festival, Gigs in the Hexagon, Fairtrade Fashion Show
- Attended national conferences - meeting other students from accross the UK!
- Campaigned for better social spaces and comfey chairs!

Improved accessibility in the Kingfisher and TV lounge for wheelchair users

Organised fundraising days - raising money for local and national charities
and loads more....
All student volunteers are given ongoing support and training.
